Yvonne and I fly tonight from Dallas to Bogotá Colombia. Since Yvonne and I met we have talked about a trip to South America. She nearly took a job in Bolivia but settled on Puerto Rico instead. I have scoured maps since a child, reading anything I could on the area. Both of us thought we were destined to serve in the Peace Corps there. But now, by the grace of God, the opportunity arises.
We are thankful and filled with love for our family. Know that you will be with us and close throughout.
Our Rough Itinerary:
Colombia-Feb.
Bolivia-Early March
Guyana-Late March
Yvonne back in Texas April 1st.
Brian back in the CA April 15th.
